Black bean noodles made with vegan jjajang (black bean sauce. Served with vegan Jeyuk Bokkeum (fried soymeat marinated in chili paste sauce).
5. Yeongyang Bap
Rice steamed with chestnuts and dates served with banchan-side dishes (marinated spinach, marinated bean sprouts, spicy cucumber salad and spicy rice cake) and soybean paste soup.
